Item not arrived ordered over 2 weeks ago understand delays with Xmas delivery but still showing as not sent. Items ordered with 40% off auto checkout but yet not happened charged full price. Emailed twice once re incorrect cost and once on postage no response. Items where Xmas pressies ordered well before Xmas deadline. I never write reviews & hate to write one for a fellow small business but seeing as I have had no reply to anything else and no Items I don't feel I had a choice.
I purchased a dog toy and paid £3.99 postage. It has not arrived and I have sent 5 messages without receiving a single response.
I ordered the Aperol toy on the 10th of July and while I understand overseas shipping can take a while I haven't received it to this day. Was told it has been sent, so please contact me so we can track the package down or refund me.
Not received product in over a month!
