I purchased a dog toy and paid £3.99 postage. It has not arrived and I have sent 5 messages without receiving a single response.
I ordered the Aperol toy on the 10th of July and while I understand overseas shipping can take a while I haven't received it to this day. Was told it has been sent, so please contact me so we can track the package down or refund me.
Not received product in over a month!
Arrived after 2 weeks, lack of communication and toy is really tiny
Did not receive item
